Over the years, with the depletion of many onshore fields and offshore drilling going from shallow to deep water, the use of chemical injection and so the use of the corresponding metering and injection packages has increased tremendously.
The flow rates and the injection pressures required have increased continuously. From formerly 0,05 - 0,5 l/h to several thousand litres per hour, from onshore pipeline injection at 50 - 70 bar to offshore umbilical applications with 900 bar and more.

For a wide range of chemicals and applications we offer custom made chemical injection packages, based on plunger or diaphragm type injection pumps. These can be powered by electric motors, instrument air, wellhead gas or solar energy. Units are available for onshore, offshore and floating production facilities, and include tanks, pumps, piping/tubing, valves, fittings, instrumentation and electrical components. Ladders, maintenance platforms, fire and gas detection and lighting are available options. Special attention is given to quality, design, lay-out, accessibility and human factors. PTK has been supplied complete dosing packages to all major contractors and engineering companies, against the most demanding specifications.
